Shipping
Houstead sends all orders with GLS, which delivers your package to a parcel shop of your choice. All orders can be tracked via a tracking code.
Delivery time including shipping with GLS is usually 7 business days.
Returns
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on products purchased from Houstead. The right of withdrawal runs from the time the product is handed over to the consumer.
Should the purchase be canceled within 14 days, Houstead will refund the full price of the item.
The amount will be transferred to the card you have paid with, or to your bank account when we have received the item returned and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be delivered to the carrier no later than 14 days after receipt.
The condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the goods are returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as at the time of transfer. The right of withdrawal, therefore, lapses if you use the product in a way that clearly impairs the product's sales value significantly. If the item is not returned in substantially the same condition, the item is assessed by Houstead on the basis of a possible sales value, which may result in the lapse of your rights.
You can undo your purchase in several ways:
- If you have just ordered and regretted your purchase, you must inform Houstead as soon as possible
- You can also refuse to receive the shipment, whereby the package will be automatically sent back to us and your money will be refunded
- If you have accidentally received the package, simply send it back to Houstead, and the amount will be refunded within 7 days
Reklamation
Pursuant to section 83 of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a right of complaint is granted for 24 months on all goods. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product that have occurred 24 months after you have received the item.
This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have established the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.
We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. As a customer, you have the right to receive a new item as a replacement for the one being advertised above. However, this presupposes that the complaint is justified.

Exchange of goods
You can have your goods exchanged. However, you must arrange the return shipment yourself. Houstead pays for the shipment of the new products.
Return of goods
Returns of items purchased from Houstead cannot be returned without prior agreement with Houstead Customer Service.
All products returned to Houstead must be properly wrapped. Attach a copy of the purchase invoice as proof that the returned item (s) were purchased from Houstead.
The cost of returning the item is borne by the consumer. If an error has been made on our part, we will of course pay for the shipment. Items returned on COD or sent without postage will be refused receipt by Houstead.
Returns due to cancellation are made at the buyer's own expense.

Houstead returns the amount within 7 days in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §12c. If you regret the purchase, the amount will be transferred to your card or refunded by a transfer to your bank.
